Little Mystery Bird

[Edit] took chip from phone and placed in card reader for a larger picture.
Also, thanks to the group, we have deducted that this little bird could be a Button Quail.

He (or she) may be a small little bird but I thought I should share it with you.

I'm not sure what kind of bird it is, but the chicks were even small, so this little guy had to be older.
I spotted them near my grandmother's retirement home, so I had no chance of learning what type it was.
If any one knows what type it is I'd appreaciate the information~ :>
