Independent Investigation 2: Kitsune

This is my second independent Investigation for my IB Art Class.

Some Info of the Kitsune:
A fox spirit, or a demon who appears in the shape of a fox, in Japanese mythology. Kitsune-Tsuki ("Fox-Lunacy") is possession by such a spirit. It occurs mostly in women. The fox spirit enters through the fingernails or the breast.

-Basics of the Kitsune so I researched a little more for a proper take on some thing everyone thinks they know so well.

-Originally the sketch was of my OC Kirohaku who was a wolf and my OC Natsuno who is a Kitsune.
I loved the sketch, so I took it and fixed it to my modern style.
Kirohaku is still a wolf but for this piece he's a Kitsune ;>

Mediums used: Colored Pencils (Crayola, Prang, Prisma, Prisma Verithin), #2 Wooden Pencil, Prisma Color Fine Line Pigment Liners (.005 and .01), and an average eraser for clean up or stray lines and smudges.

In the picture above, the Kitsunes in the background are the two characters in the foreground.
Kirohaku (lower left) is a Void/dark Kitsune and Natsuno (upper right) is a Fire Kitsune.

No real Color Scheme.
